- Does SmartGalleries have a free trial?
Yes. Your SmartGalleries trial is free forever and does not expire. SmartGalleries’ trial has limited storage space (3 galleries at a time). Within the trial version, each gallery is active for 14 days, after this time it will become disabled (you and your client will no longer be able to open it). Once you purchase a plan, any disabled galleries will become active again.
- Does SmartGalleries work on Windows and Mac?
Yes. SmartGalleries is a web application that works seamlessly on both Windows and Mac computers.
- What is the difference between “Monthly” and “Yearly” plans?
Monthly plans are paid on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time, while Yearly plans are paid upfront every 12 months.
- Can I switch plans?
Yes, if you already purchased a plan, you can switch to another plan at any time by selecting “Plans & Pricing” within your SmartAlbums account. Please note that a prorated billing adjustment will be charged to your credit card at the time of the switch
- How does gallery storage work?
The maximum number of galleries you can create is determined by your chosen plan’s storage limit. If your storage limit is 100 (Pro plan), you can have up to 100 active galleries at any given time. The gallery’s limit does not renew every month. If you run out of space, you can delete old galleries or log into your SmartAlbums Account and upgrade your plan to increase storage capacity by clicking on “Plans & Pricing” to upgrade your plan. Note that deleted galleries can not be accessed by you or your clients.
- What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel your plan, you can do so within the Subscriptions + Billing tab within your SmartAlbums account. After cancellation, you can continue to use your plan until the end of your billing period.
- What is included in the All Apps Bundle?
The All Apps Bundle is a single subscription to all four SmartAlbums products. You will get access to our album design software, SmartAlbums, our online album proofing service, Cloud Proofing (SmartAlbums add-on), and the Unlimited plan options for our slideshow design software, SmartSlides and our gallery software, SmartGalleries. Everything you need to wow your clients in a single plan.
- What languages does SmartGalleries support?The following languages are currently supported in the Client Area of SmartGalleries:
